Mr. Little Robert Brown was born on February 7, 1930, in Statenville, Georgia to the late John Henry Brown and Mary Moore Linder. His grandparents, Robert & Ethel Moore, cared
for and raised him into adulthood.
Later in Life, he joined St. John AME Church in Boston Georgia, and served his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, humbly and faithfully until his health started to decline.
On Wednesday, July 26, 2023, God whispered to his heart, “It’s time to rest,” and called Mr. Robert to his heavenly home. Mr. Little Robert Brown leaves his precious memories with his
wife, Jessie Williams Brown. Three daughters: Annie Pearl Horne (Moultrie Georgia) Judith Ellis (Thomasville, Georgia), and Sharon Brown-Albright (Ochlocknee, Georgia). Four sons: Carl Choice (Atlanta, Georgia), Michael (Stephanie) Choice (Jacksonville, North Carolina), John (Cynthia) Choice, and Clement (Patricia) Choice (Thomasville, Georgia). Three Sisters Dorothy “Dot” Linder, Ocie “Honey” Montgomery, and Elnora “Baby Sister” (Charles) Macklin all of Valdosta, Georgia. Three brothers, Romaine “Buddy” (Doris) Linder (Valdosta Georgia) Calvin (Ethel) Linder Saginaw, Michigan, and Herbert Linder (Valdosta, Georgia).
He was preceded in death by One daughter Mary Alice Horne; One daughter-in-law Sophia Choice; Seven sons: Larry Casey, Howard Choice, Hubert Casey, Vernon Brown, Albert Choice Jr., Benjamin Choice, and Robert Brown, Jr.; One sister, Mae Frances Denson, and a special sister-in-law, Mamie Williams Law; Two special brothers-in-law Leslie “Bo” Linder and Raymond Denson.
Mr. Robert has twenty-seven grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Two incredibly special great granddaughters Dominique Reine “DR” who only knows him as “SUZY” and Coterriah “CoCo” and two delightfully special nieces Gail Denson and Marida Wolfe.
