Obituary
Elbert Morris Bush was born August 30, 1943, to the late Juanita Gilley Bush and Herman Bush, Sr. He grew up in a loving environment. He was the oldest of five children.
Elbert peacefully passed at home in Moultrie, Georgia, with his devoted sister, Mary Alice (Punkin) Gilley, by his side. Elbert accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age. He attended Douglass High School and later enlisted in the United States Army.
In loving memory, he leaves to cherish: his three daughters, Shannon Gholston, Tiffany (George) Waters, and Tanisha (Joe) Smith; son, Marty King; five grandchildren, Tyler, Kymari-Skyy, Derek Jr., Jordyn, and Ivy; one great-grandson, Kasey; he also leaves two brothers, Reverend Patrick (Tellesia) Gilley and Anthony (Mae) Gilley; two sisters, Mary Alice Gilley and Gwendolyn (Steven) Morrow; two godsisters, Denise Dunbar and Cheryl Crumidy; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
