Willie "Bill" Russell Cason Sr. was born on December 24, 1954, in Thomasville, Georgia the the late Johnnie Mae Cason. On Wednesday July 27, 2022, Bill peacefully transitioned to eternal rest.
He was educated in the Grady county School System and graduated from Cocoa High School in Cocoa, Florida in 1972. He served in the United States Marine Corp for over six years. Willie was united in marriage to his lovely wife Dorothy Elaine Cason on December 16, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his Brothers: Herman Cason and Nathaniel Baker Jr.; Aunt: Elizabeth Cason; Uncle: Elrid Cason; Father-in-law: Quinton Carley and Brother-in-law: Patrick Carley.
He leaves to cherish his memories Daughters: Tara Pollock (Corey) and Jerdelvia Walker, Sons: Willie R. Cason Jr. (Roshetta), and Frank Weaver IV; Sister Lisa Grant (Leroy); Sister-in-laws: Bernice Pleasant (Lamont) and Gloria Carley; Brothers: Terry Cason (Lessie), Donnie Cason (Kay), Deryl Cason, Cal Cason (Stacey), and Roderick Cason (Kuluvanda); Mother- in-law Johnnie Mae Carley; Special Niece: Latoya Grant; Special Aunt: Matti Lou Brooks; Grandchildren: Quinesha Hawkins, Eddie Scott, Eddie Thomas Jr., Edward Thomas, Sha'Meshia Thomas, Edwin Thomas, Er'Shard Thomas, Ermad Thomas, Adriel Washington, Ra'Shean Cason, Joshua Cason, Shomari Walker and Bryson Walker; 15 Great-Grandchildren; Best Friends: Geraldine Terry, Charles Gordan, Morris Lamon and Thomas Frazier.
Billy will be missed by his Nieces, Nephews and a host of Relatives and Friends.
