Terry Jerome Robinson

Mr. Terry Jerome Robinson was born December 22, 1961, in Thomasville, GA.  He was preceded in death by his parents Ms. Mary M. Robinson and Willie B. Jones.

Terry attended St. Luke Church as a child, later moving his membership to First Missionary Baptist Church where he sang in the choir.  He was also a member of the Georgia Mass Choir and a 1980 graduate of Central High School now known as Thomas County Central High School.  After graduation, he attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and was a member of the world-renowned FAMU Marching 100 Band.  Terry served his country proudly in the United States Navy from 1985 to 1989.  He graduated from Thomas University in 1999 and 2009 with bachelor’s and master’s degrees respectively.  Terry most recently attended Trinity Anglican Church located in Thomasville, GA.

He leaves to cherish his memory his siblings; Barry Thomas Robinson (Thomasville), Loretha Robinson-Smith (Atlanta), Missouri Robinson-Kimble (Miami), Gloria Hannah (Thomasville), Willie J. Robinson Sr. (Thomasville), Mary Anne Robinson (Miami), Annette Henderson (Thomasville), Jeannette Jones (Thomasville), Pat Jones (Orlando, FL), Tootie Jones (Baltimore, MD), Willie B. Jones Jr (Baltimore, MD), Cynthia Jones (Thomasville), Cynthia Harper (Thomasville), Willie Rene Bradley (Atlanta).

Special Cousins, Robert Jones (Dozier, AL), Melven Johnson (Thomasville), Dennis Johnson (Montgomery, AL), Betty Johnson (Akron, OH), Tammy Dorsey (El Rancho, NM).

He was also preceded in death by Siblings: brother Leon Robinson, sister Jacquline E. Thompson, and sister Cheryl Jones.  Grandparents: Bennie L. Robinson and Missouri Maghee-Robinson.
