Stacey Lenoris Ross was born on October 18, 1971 in Thomasville, Georgia to Mr. Matthew Ross and Mrs. Annie Francis Ross. Stacey transitoned from this earthly life to glory on January 31, 2023 at Kindred Hospital in Tampa, Florida.
He graduated from Thomasville High School in the Class of 1989.
He was on the football team and helped to lead the Bulldogs to the state championship in 1988. Stacey enjoyed sports, fishing, and watching his favorite football teams, the Georgia Bulldogs and the Raiders. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His passion was cooking and grilling. Above all, he loved the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Matthew Ross.
Stacey leaves to cherish his memories with his faithful and lovely wife: Sharonda Ross of Lakeland, FL; his wonderful mother: Ms.
Annie Francis Ross of Thomasville, Georgia; his special mother and father: Roosevelt Bentley and Millie Bentley of Cairo, Georgia; his mother and father in-law: Jewel Howell and Eugene Howell of Bartow, Florida; his six loving children: Erica Ross-Brown of Lakeland, Florida Stacey (Brittani) Wyche, Aaliyah Robinson, Joniyah Baker, Dequarious Johnson all of Thomasville, Georgia, and Stephone Ross of Deland, Florida; one sister: Katonya (Erik) Anderson of Riverview, Florida; sisters in-law: Sheila Alicea, Shatisha Alicea, Sheree Alicea and Shenika Alicea, and Cynthia 'Ace' Webster; goddaughter: Me'Leah Francois; special nephew: KeShaun; special nieces: Ashlyn, Dy'Mond, Ari and Tiana; ten grandchildren: Ja'Kia, Stacey Jr., Brandon Jr., Harmony, Jordynn, Kaison, Michael Jr., Royal, Ladravious and Cambric; a host of uncles and aunts, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
