Eric Hudson

Eric Hudson Sr. was born April 11, 1964 in Thomasville, Georgia. He was the son of the Late John Arthur Young and Joyce Smith. He entered eternal rest on Monday, July 11, 2022, at Archbold Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness.

Eric graduated from Thomasville High School in 1983. He confessed Jesus Christ as God's son and was baptized on March 3, 1999, at Tower Street Church of Christ now known as Rose City Church of Christ. Eric was employed at Finro Inc. and Wood Haven Industries, working as a saw operator. He enjoyed watching movies, sports, and being around family and friends. He was a well-rounded gadget handyman.

He was preceded in death by his Father: John Arthur Young; and Son: Eric Hudson, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories his Daughter: Erica Hudson of Thomasville, GA; Son: Sedarian Hudson of Powder Springs, GA; Mother: Joyce Smith of Thomasville, GA; Step-Father: George Smith of Thomasville, GA; Brother: Deric Hudson of Thomasville, GA; Grandsons: Aidoh Isaiah Hudson, Amon Jahori Hudson, Kaiamel Hudson all of Powder Springs, GA, and Jayden Elijah Hudson of Thomasville, GA; Aunts: Doshia Hart of Tampa, FL, Betty Green and Denise Hudson both of Thomasville, GA; Uncles: Leroy Hudson (Lillie) and Roger Young both of Thomasville, GA and Shawna Ellis of Atlanta, GA; Nephew: Demetrius Ellis of Thomasville, GA; as well as a host of Cousins, Family, and Friends.
