Cleveland Cooney

Mr. Cleveland Cooney was born on March 9, 1945 in Boston, Ga. to the late George and Leona Cooney. He attended the Magnolia High School School and graduated in 1963. He was a man who loved to fish.

He was married in Holy Matrimony to Debbita Anita Cooney on August 14, 2018.

On December 17, 2021, Mr. Cleaveland went home to be with the Lord.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving and devoted wife Debbita Cooney; his son, Bobby Cooney; four daughters: Deneen Harris Hill (Bronzell), Teresa Jordan Corbett (David), Chamberlyn Cooney, and Jakera Jones; four step-sons: Leonard Bostwick (Darlene), Derrick Bostwick, Antone Bostwick (Nicole), and Michael Bostwick; three brothers: Frank Cooney, George Cooney, and Robert Cooney (Claudette); a sister, Bertha Cooney; nine grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Preceding him in death were his parents, his daughter Tresa Scott, his brothers Earnest Cooney and Johnny Cooney, and his sister Gussie Cooney.
