Remembering Brandon...
On April 1, 1985, Brandon Terai’ Mickens was born. No surprise to his parents, Wallace and Selma Revels and (the late) Michael L. Williams, Brandon came into the world full of life. He was a true outdoorsman with his primary passions being fishing with his boys and enjoying a good football game. In his formative years, Brandon transferred from Thomasville High School to Thomas County Central High School where he graduated. As he began to mature, he joined Mt. Sinai Apostolic Church. Here, he would begin to grow and understand the importance of having a relationship with Christ. His path to growing and transitioning into adulthood led him to Southern Regional Technical College. Here, Brandon obtained his diploma in the Automotive TechnologyA program. With all of his accomplishments, Brandon still has a passion and dream for more. His desire to establish a legacy for the next generation would lead him start his own business known as Big Bizz Enterprise. As his business began to grow, Brandon knew that it would only flourish if Jesus was at the center. After much prayer, Brandon rededicated his life to Christ and joined Disciples of Jesus Ministries, Inc. Brandon truly enjoyed participating in all things DOJM. A part from his business, Brandon was a proud employee of Flowers Honda. Truly, he was a young man who left a great and lasting impression to all who met and had the opportunity to know him. August 6, 2022, Brandon transitioned and left to cherish his memories but continue his legacy are his parents: Deacon Wallace and Minister Selma Revels; his children: Davion, Brandon, Jr., Davon, Caylie, and Elijah; his siblings: Breonca (Chefnin) Joiner, Jasmine (Avery) Washington, LaCara (Marquis) Alexander, Carrington
(Chanay) Williams, Porche Robinson, Kimberly Williams, Theresa (Kiji) Burston, Thomas (Tammy) Rogers, Ken (Carenda) Revels, and Tony Ivey; his grandmother: Mattie Hollis; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, and close friends.
