Barbara Frances (Thomas) White

On Saturday February 22, 2025, our beloved Ms. Barbara Frances White departed this life and entered into eternal rest. She was born October 11, 1939 to the late Henry and Minnie Lee Tice Thomas in Madison, Florida. She was a homemaker who enjoyed sitting on the porch admiring natures beauty. Above all things, she loved spending time with her family and it radiated from the big smile and affectionate hugs she would give.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt who leaves a legacy of memories to be cherished by her loving daughter Beatrice White-Akery (Russell); three sons who adored her: Ronian Hunter (Crystal), Larry Thomas, and Michael White; six grandchildren: Kejuana White, Damion White, Larry Thomas, Jr., ShaPreka Jordan, Christopher Jordan, and Kamoriya White; six great-grandchildren: Ke'Myia White, Davion White, Christian Jordan, Major White, Malik McCutchen, and Jaiden White; two very special nieces: Maggie Wilson and Frances Bly. Also, a host of nieces, nephews and friends who will forever cherish her loving memory.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Henry & Minnie Lee Thomas; a loving son, Bobby Thomas; seven siblings: Doretha Thomas, Henry Thomas, Albert Thomas, Osby Thomas, Ulysses Thomas, James Thomas, and Juanita Rogers; two nieces: Lucy White & Barbara Alexander; and two nephews: Earnest Rogers & Aaron Rogers.
