Annie Francis (Reynolds) Ross

Annie Francis Ross 1948 ~ 2025

Scripture:

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10

Annie was born June 28, 1948, in Leon County, Florida to the late Amos Reynolds and Rosa Lee Holton Reynolds. She accepted Christ at the age of 20 and was a member of St. Paul Primitive Baptist Church, Miccosukee, FL where she was a faithful member. After graduating from Lincoln High in 1966, she received her CNA Certification at Southern Technical Institute in 1968 and started her nursing career. She worked as a care giver for 40 years and retired from Camellia Gardens.

She was called home on March 10, 2025, surrounded by family and friends. Annie was preceded in death by her parents Amos & Rosa Lee Reynolds, son Stacey L, Ross, brother Wash Reynolds, and sister Minnie Ross.

Ms. Annie Ross leaves to mourn her children, Daughter-Law Sharonda Ross of Lakeland, FL, Ka ’Tonya Bentley - Anderson (Erick) of Riverview, FL; grandchildren Erica Ross - Brown of Lakeland, FL, Stacey Wyche (Brittani), Aaliyah Robinson, Hakeem Stevens, Joniyah Baker, Dequarious Johnson of Thomasville, GA, Stephone Ross of Deland, FL; brothers Charlie Reynolds of Whigham, GA, Detroit Reynolds (Ruth) of Miccosukee, FL; sisters Caretha Stevens of Havana, FL, Millie Bently (Roosevelt) of Whigham, GA; two aunts Clara Young, Janie Goskin of Tallahassee, FL; 8 great grands, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and her church family. The family extends special appreciation to her cousin Nelly Williams, sister Patricia Holland, God daughters Candice Smith of Lakeland, FL, and Patrice Fuller of Thomasville, GA for their tireless dedication to Ms. Ross.
